Dries Van Noten's show at Paris Fashion Week had everybody ooing and aahing at what's possibly one of the maison's best collections yet. The runway was a riot of colour, splashed with electric purple brocade, cerise prints, amber swirls on crisp white, pops of lime and fuchsia. Slim fitting cigarette pants in raw silk followed billowing palazzo pants ahead of feminine ballerina-length skirts and softly tailored jackets. This season's shoes couldn't be ignored either, taking the form of skyscraping platformed peep-toes in metallic hues and jewel tones.
