Jenna was a 2022-23 mental health journalism fellow. She previously covered business and social affairs as a video reporter at 7DNews in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Her work has also been broadcast on Bahrain TV and German channels, including ZDF

Amandeep Bhangu

Amandeep was a 2021-22 mental health journalism fellow. She worked for BBC TV News for a decade before moving to the UAE. She has since freelanced as a presenter, reporter and filmmaker for a host of major broadcasters

Anam Rizvi

Anam was a mental health journalism fellow from 2021-22 and was on staff at The National for many years. She wrote extensively on the intersection between mental health and education, as well as mental health provision

Deena was a mental health journalism fellow from 2020-21 and is The National’s aviation reporter. She has reported on the mental health of aviation industry workers during the pandemic and on a number of business start-ups in the health sector
